Re-introducing......vOffice, the convenient and affordable mail forwarding service.
Most of our guests receive an average of five (5) mails per week on two (2) occasions each week and as you already know it, our Client Service team will send you a notification via email or SMS on the same day we receive your mails.
What happens next?
You should have a plan on what time to drop by at our office to pick it up. We know it can be a hassle at times since all good building in Kuala Lumpur has one similar problem - limited parking space and all :) But, we have another option. You can also have us courier it all to you. So you’ll just have to sit back and wait until it comes straight at your doorsteps.

How vOffice Mail Forwarding Service works?
You can request your mails to be forwarded to you either when you need it by informing us via email or by calling our Client Service team. Otherwise, You can place a standing instruction so that our team will know what to do with your mails each time we receive it.
Common Standing Instruction we get:
a) Forward all my mails to me as soon as you receive them
b) Forward all my mails at the end of each week
c) Forward all my mails every 2 weeks.
How to proceed?
We only require a RM100 refundable pre-payment for all local destination or RM200 for all destination outside Malaysia. Unused portion of this pre-payment will be returned to you when terminate your account with us. You may view all mail forwarding records and charges in your VO Account Control Panel.
